Located on the 9th floor of the AgriS Building — a green-certified structure that proudly holds the LEED Gold certification — the GMA Office is more than a workspace. It is a brand identity conveyed through every square meter of design. Global Mind Agriculture, a high-tech agricultural enterprise from Singapore, has selected Vietnam as a strategic destination in its global expansion journey. With its DNA rooted in “Global – Professional,” GMA demands that its office space reflect an international vision while remaining deeply connected to local context and culture.

Vacons, the project’s construction partner, brought the “Highway to Global Mind” concept to life by artfully simulating a highway leading toward global thinking. Each “stop” along this symbolic route is a functional space, thoughtfully designed to be both visually engaging and strategically purposeful:

  • Pit Stop – A Recharge Zone: A green, tranquil area optimized for light and function, where employees can pause, refresh, and recharge after intense work sprints.
  • Service – The Agile Operation Hub: A flexible workspace integrated with smart technology, designed to support daily operations with maximum efficiency.
  • Factory – The Idea Production Lab: A creative zone that mirrors a manufacturing facility, where ideas are incubated, tested, and deployed.
