Globalization is increasingly penetrating every corner of Vietnam’s economy. In this new context, the modern office is no longer a space solely dedicated to operations—it has evolved into a medium that reflects the brand’s identity. Topicus Office – The Metamorphic Space stands as a testament to this philosophy. Inspired by the chameleon—Topicus’ symbolic creature—Vacons has reimagined the workspace as a fluid, adaptable environment that mirrors nature’s ability to transform.
Three Core Values of Topicus Office – The Metamorphic Space
Ultimate Flexibility through Open Modular Planning
Topicus Office is thoughtfully laid out with mobile modular zones, allowing seamless reconfiguration to suit team size or work dynamics. Flexible furnishings and movable partitions enable swift spatial transformation, allowing for a seamless transition from open to closed spaces. Segmented to connect—saving operational time and costs without compromising on functionality.
Creativity and Color as Catalysts for Innovation
Taking cues from the chameleon’s ever-changing skin, The Metamorphic Space employs a vibrant gradient palette. Carpet tiles, MDF-painted panels, colorful decals, and acoustic surfaces are meticulously coordinated to produce a visually stimulating environment that fosters continuous creative flow and dynamic energy.
Biophilic Elements for Mental Well-being
Beyond flexibility, Vacons integrated Biophilic Design across the entire space. From the reception to work zones and lounge areas, green walls, indoor landscaping, and natural details,… Contribute to purifying the air and reducing stress, cultivating a healthy, nature-connected atmosphere.
A Subtle Homage to Local Culture at Topicus Office
Lotus – The Essence of Vietnamese Elegance
One of the most distinctive highlights is the lotus—the national flower of Vietnam—delicately integrated into the design. Motifs of lotus flowers and a chameleon donning a conical hat grace the feature wall. Symbolizing a graceful cultural fusion between Vietnam and the Netherlands, the homeland of Topicus office.
Material Palette That Tells a Story
Each material is intentionally selected: sound-absorbing textures mimicking reptilian scales, MDF-painted panels, timber, vinyl, decorative paint, and gradient decals—all work in harmony to convey a cohesive, impactful narrative. These elements reflect Topicus’ metamorphic spirit—adaptable, transformative, and enduring, aligned with the core of a leading IT firm.

Topicus Office breathes new life into the notion of the modern workplace. It nurtures innovation, fosters employee engagement, and underscores the brand’s transformative capabilities and global presence. The project is a living manifesto of The Metamorphic Space—dynamic, agile, and creatively charged.
Topicus Office is far beyond a conventional workspace. It is a bold expression of Topicus’ philosophy of continuous reinvention and cultural integration.
