ESG & EDGE certifications – A testament to sustainable commitment
From the outset, the Synopsys Office HCM prioritized the use of ESG-certified materials, aiming to reduce carbon emissions, enhance energy efficiency, and safeguard occupant health. Located within an EDGE-certified building, the office reinforces the company’s unwavering dedication to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles.
Biophilic design – Where nature becomes the core of the workspace
Guided by the philosophy of biophilic design, the workspace draws inspiration from nature to elevate the human experience. This vision manifests in:
- Graceful curves and organic shapes evoke the flowing rivers and sandbanks of the Mekong Delta.
- Verdant elements are integrated throughout – from the entrance to the workstations.
- Abundant natural light to reduce energy consumption while enhancing visual comfort.
Synopsys Office HCM – A workspace immersed in nature
The office is conceived as a harmonious ecosystem, seamlessly blending modern architecture with the natural world. It celebrates local cultural values, offering an inspiring environment that nurtures both productivity and creativity.
Synopsys Office HCM with the green oasis design concept
With the design theme “Green Oasis”, the space is envisioned as a lush sanctuary within the bustling city – a place where human connection, nature, and cultural heritage converge. The result is a work environment that promotes holistic well-being and fosters innovation in the ever-evolving tech industry.
Local Identity in a global space
This office elegantly weaves together tradition and modernity, evident in its:
- Earthy tones reminiscent of water, land, and flora from the Mekong landscape.
- Stylized folk motifs are integrated into the interior detailing.
- Locally sourced materials refined with craftsmanship to create a distinct design language.
Artful collaborative hubs
The workspace features a network of collaborative zones – open yet private, flexible yet functional. Thoughtfully arranged, these spaces support both group discussions and individual rejuvenation. Premium furnishings further enhance the employee experience, reflecting the company’s commitment to excellence.
